Two-Year Limited Warranty

SICIZ warrants that its manufactured products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original purchase date. A defect means the product fails to meet SICIZ’s published specifications within standard industry tolerances.

THIS TWO-YEAR EXPRESS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE REQUIRED BY LAW, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED.

What is NOT Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from customer misuse, negligence, or physical/chemical abuse.
• Defects caused by improper installation.

Making a Claim:

• You must report any warranty claim immediately upon discovering a defect.
• Failure to report a defect within 30 days of discovery will void this warranty.
• All products must be inspected before installation. This warranty is void for visual defects or nonconformities apparent prior to installation.

Tile Specifics:

• Tile is subject to variations in technical specifications (including COF) due to natural variations in raw materials and the manufacturing process. Published specifications are guidelines, not guarantees.
• Abrasive tiles require prompt cleaning to prevent staining from lodged dirt and contaminants.
• Unless stated otherwise, tile recommendations for floors or walls apply to interior use only.
• Local building codes may dictate minimum tile performance standards. SICIZ does not warrant installations that violate these codes.
• Photographic color images and product samples are representative only and may not be exact matches.
• Express color match warranties apply only to actual product samples.

Other SICIZ Warranties

Implied Warranties:

Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, are limited to the shorter of: (a) the duration of this written warranty, or (b) the maximum period allowed by law.

• Some countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Fitness for a Particular Purpose:

SICIZ provides detailed application guidelines in its product literature. For specified applications, the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is limited to one year or the maximum period allowed by law, whichever is shorter. Failure to adhere to recommended applications voids this warranty.

Natural Stone/Mother of Pearl:

SICIZ does not warrant natural stone or mother of pearl products against variations in shade, size, thickness, warping, cleft, surface finish, or other natural characteristics.

Remedy Limitation:

If a defect in materials or workmanship is found within the two-year warranty period, SICIZ will, at its option, either refund the product’s price or provide a replacement after a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue.

Your remedy is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective product. SICIZ is not liable for consequential or incidental damages, including lost profits.

SICIZ disclaims all express warranties not included in this limited warranty. Any representations made about this product that contradict this warranty are invalid and should be reported to SICIZ immediately at info(at)siciz.com.
